Hey Substack!!
I haven’t been posting on here for a few months. Between instagram, Tiktok and Youtube, things got a bit crazy, and I felt like I needed to prioritize fewer things to avoid the risk of getting task paralysis. Baby steps, y’know? Recently, things have settled down and I’ve been much more streamlined in my process due to getting some experience under my belt. I want to put my thoughts and experiences out there again and Substack is really the best for that in my opinion. In my previous newsletter, I talked about starting my small art business and I’d like to give an update on how it’s gone the past few months.
In July, I started to make products and draw every day after quitting my job. It is now December and I have…
Done 10 in-person markets and sold products online in my SHOP
Made a full income that covers my living expenses PLUS I was able to save money
I have grown my social media by at least 1000 followers per platform and have formed somewhat of a community that actively supports me
To say the least, I was not expecting these results so soon and I am so happy that I am seeing progress!
It took me a while to get used to manufacturing my own products, I tested out so many different materials, some worked while others didn’t. I was dealing with a lot of errors with my cutting machine and my printer, and only this week, I discovered that directly wiring them to my internet is MUCH BETTER than using bluetooth and having them lose connection half way through. These are the sort of things I’ve been figuring out, on top of learning how to edit videos, trying to be organized (and failing sometimes), while also wrestling with ADHD, which I was diagnosed with this month. I started medication that has made ALL THE DIFFERENCE! And I’m not kidding, this medication is has been a lifesaver for me.
In 2024, I plan to focus on creating coloring books for every season, as well as outsourcing the production of some of my products, so I have more time to draw and be creative. My ultimate goal for 2024 is to at least make 30k from my shop, patreon, and youtube but honestly, I’m striving for 50k in 2024. Let’s see if I can do it!
Anyway, I want to jump on here more often now and share my thoughts, so you’ll be seeing more from me soon! <3

Your stickers are so beautiful! Not only that the designs are amazing, but also the quality. May I ask, which printer do you use and which cutting machine?
I'am fed of print on demand services because they cost too much and I would like, as you, to try to manufacture my own products.
Well done!
You are an inspiration!
